Affordable Lips: NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss

Mac, Tarte, Urban Decay, all great brands with beautiful lip products. There's one problem, the price. This time I'll be showing a set of 5 lip glosses that I love and hold close to the heart of my purse. NYX Mega Shine Lip Glosses are affordable but at the same time better than they cost. They are soft, not sticky at all, and smell of cherry Twizzlers. For only 5 dollars you can have a quality lip product for 1/4 the price of high end! The colors range from sheer and natural to pink and pouty! Don't get me wrong, I love my high end lip products, but these are winning my attention!

1. PERFECT: 

"Perfect" is the perfect shade for a natural everyday look. The most sheer out of the 5 shades, Perfect is a sheer light peach with a tiny bit of crystal flex. I'd say this particular lip gloss goes well for any girl. It's great when you're running late and just want to add a bit to your look, without risking it. I love to wear it during morning classes or when I'm going for a jog! 

2.COSMOS: 

"Cosmos" looks exactly like it's name. A metallic rose gloss containing different colored glitter makes it looks almost like a pink, star filled universe. The most sparkly of the 5, Cosmos is not gritty despite it's appearance. I wore this color a lot in the fall time. It's looks great next to a big, cream knit infinity scarf. The glitter completes the whole look! 

3. SALSA:

"Salsa" is the most cool toned pink out of all 5 glosses. Cool toned pink lipsticks have really been in this year, and if you're too hesitant to sport a bold lipstick this gloss is perfect for you. This color is perfect to express a trend without getting too far out of your color comfort zone. I love this gloss with a matching cheek, it really pops. 

4. CRYSTAL SODA:

"Crystal Soda" is a beautiful, shiny neutral gloss. Giving your lips just the right amount of color, Crystal Soda is the most natural shade out of the 5. With minuscule gold and silver flex it is a beautiful peach toned nude gloss. Depending on your skin tone the color will look different. In the winter it tends to give my lips a "natural but better" effect, while in the summer months it looks more like a light peach color. 

5. NUDE PEACH:

"Nude Peach" is a gorgeous slight coral pink for the summer time. Currently out of all 5 shades this is the my favorite. Nude Peach is the most pigmented out of all the shades I am showcasing and is also the only cream gloss. It looks gorgeous with a tan and is especially pretty when it shines in the sunlight. I've been wearing this for the majority of the past month and I tend to get a lot of compliments on it as well!
