Favorite Summer Perfumes and Scents

Everyone has their favorite scents they love to wear throughout the year, or during a particular season. I find my self changing around my perfumes and sprays depending on the season. I wanted to share my favorite scents for the warmer seasons, typically containing sweeter and fruitier notes, 3 body sprays and 1 perfume. I tend to want to smell like a tropical island, since I wish I was on one.. 

Victoria Secret's Coconut Passion: 

Coconut is such a popular food these days, between coconut water and coconut oil. Not only is it a sweet and healthy additive to your diet, it also smells great. Coconut Passion is one of Victoria Secret's most popular body sprays. It's so sweet with notes of vanilla, and obviously coconut, you smell like a walking talking coconut cookie. I love this for the summer since it's so light, but it still lingers on your clothes and hair through out the day. I get a lot of questions about what I'm wearing when I use it!

Bath and Body Work's Rome Honeysuckle Amore: 

Out of all the scents, Rome Honeysuckle Amore is the most floral. Hence the 'honeysuckle' in it's name, it really does smell of a honeysuckle bush next to a fruit salad bowl. Honeysuckle is such a nostalgic scent for me; I have honeysuckle bushes along the side of my yard, and when I was a kid I'd always go out to play early in the morning during the summer, when only the smell of dew and honeysuckle flowers filled the air. As well as the floral notes, it also has hints of peach and raspberry, and even some sandalwood. Unfortunately, this scent was part of last summer's collection. Victoria Secret PINK's Wild at Heart:

Victoria Secret PINK's line of scents always has hits for me. For a while it was sweet and flirty, but now it's wild at heart. Wild at Heart is such a great scent for summer, especially paired with the matching lotion. Although it's subtle, it still lingers just as Coconut Passion. The red passion fruit makes it a sweet, fruity scent, while the added musk makes it just mature enough for anyone to wear. If you love sweeter sprays for the summer, you will love this. I recommend it to all my friends, it's one of the best PINK scents in a while!

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy:

My one main perfume this summer has to be Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy. Viva La Juicy is an extremely popular perfume, and I'm sure many of you have tried it. It's sweet yet sexy, and the best part about it is that it lasts all day! With top notes of mandarin oranges and berries it is sweeter than many other perfumes, as I stated that I love the fruity stuff for summer. But the bottom notes of amber and wood gives it the sexiness that makes it appropriate for even older women. From experience, the scent conforms to the body chemistry of each person. On me it smells sweet, where as on my best friend it smells more woody. Either way, it's never smelt bad!
